Is it possible to move columns : changing column order by dragging and droping its header ?

It is technically possible, although you will have to write some code.  I couldn't figure out how to do it using 'dragdrop'.  Use a mouseDown with the right button in your header row to capture the column to be moved and begin the 'drag'.  You might want to use mouseMove to control the cursor shape to indicate if the current mouse position is a valid drop target.  Use mouseUp with the right button to capture where the drop should occur and use Columns.Move to move the column.

In earlier versions of SG there was a drag and drop controller. AFAIK it was removed since then, and not been put back

You can use either the right or left mouse button.  I suggested the right button because if you have automatic sort enabled (default), you will end up with an unintentional sort if you left mouse down and release the button in the same cell.
