Hello,

i am trying to do  a specific format for the  type  int64 like  "000" but it  look the current version don't support it  , it only support the type  int

an exemple to the form 3

//

  grid[currentRow, 1] = new SourceGrid.Cells.Cell(1);
            SourceGrid.Cells.Editors.TextBox editorCustom = new SourceGrid.Cells.Editors.TextBox(typeof(Int64));
            editorCustom.TypeConverter = new DevAge.ComponentModel.Converter.NumberTypeConverter(typeof(Int64),"000");

			grid[currentRow, 1].Editor = editorCustom;

//

I resolved the sol by adding some functions to support the int16,int32,int64 to the NumberTypeConverter.cs

Borachani, just create your own fork at bitbucket, and send a pull request!

Sorry if  i am not familiar with bitbucket

i created  the issue here

https://bitbucket.org/borchanii/numbertypeconverter/issue/1/support-for-int64-int32-int16

You instead created a new project "numbertypeconverter" and created an issue in that project.

This is not what is neeeded. You need to create a fork of sourcegrid project.   Go to https://bitbucket.org/dariusdamalakas/sourcegrid and click on a link "fork", then checkout that fork and work on it, as it will be entirely yours.

When you will think that your new code in your fork is good, send a "pull request", there should be a button in bitbucket with will do that
