Have problem to migrate to VS2010

May 8, 2010 at 12:10 PM

Hi all,

I had tried to migrate SourceGrid 4 to Visual Studio 2010, and I had encountered two proglems.

1) The DevAge.TestApp project have error form accessing images in the resource. It seems VS2010 add accessor to resources and the default value is 'Internal'. I had tried to modify the accessor from 'Internal' to 'Public', but it still has error when compiling.

This problem could be solved by remove the DevAge.TestApp project. However, I hope someone could share the solution to me.

2) The ComboBox cell has problem to display its drop down control. The size is too small.

Hope someone had sucessfully migrated to VS2010, and could share to us.

Thanks.

1.  "This problem could be solved by remove the DevAge.TestApp project"

This is not a good proposal. We can not remove test project simply :)

2. Can you reproduce this issue with other IDE, or only with VS2010?

Hm. And were you still using the same .Net/Mono version with VS2010?

HI, Yes. Although the solution is migrated to VS2010, the .NET Framework is still used .NET 2.0.
